One purpose. Different ways to participate.

A team initiative, a community programme or a meaningful organizational occasion can begin with the same question: what do we want to contribute? Define the intention first, then discuss a programme that fits the people, place and scope involved.

Build the conversation, step by step

  1. Share your intention

Tell the team about your organization, the programme area and the purpose of participating.

  2. Discuss the scope

Clarify quantity, budget, location, preferred dates and the needs of your participants.

  3. Agree the arrangements

Confirm responsibilities, deliverables and the evidence you need with the team. An inquiry does not create a contract or booking.

Prepare a useful programme brief

  • Purpose and people

Include your organization’s name, the reason for the programme and the people you hope to involve.

  • Scope and timing

Share your estimated quantity, budget, preferred location and expected date. It is fine to identify what is still undecided.

  • Evidence and communication

Explain the reports, approved imagery or other documentation you would like to discuss. Deliverables require agreement.

Before your programme inquiry

How do we request a quote?

Use the quote request form: share your organization, the programme that interests you and, if you know them, the budget, number of trees, location and date. The team reviews each request and contacts you to agree the scope. A request does not create a contract, booking or payment.

Which programme can our organization discuss?

You can ask about community greening, public parks or Ajwa palm farms, alongside the actual corporate offerings published below.

Can you provide company impact reports?

Discuss your reporting and evidence needs with the team. This browsing release does not issue company reports or calculate environmental results.

A considered programme starts with a conversation
